Although a very silly video, we hope it gives you insight on the benefits of getting backyard chickens of your own. Our little homestead only got better when we added chickens!
The kids of SSL can be very picky eaters, so we knew this was the ultimate test for our chickens.

ReplyDeleteI just heard about the decision about back yard chickens in the state of michigan. i think thats where your from if i remember my YT videos correctly, how do you feel about this and what are you doing in result of this decision. I feel for you all because you just got your chickens and built your coop. i feel like i was there and a part of it. i hope the decision gets over turned, retracted. your friend.
Hi Gary! From what we understand, the Right to Farm Act has only ever applied to commercial agriculture, not an individual's right to provide his or her own food. Thankfully, our township has been very supportive of backyard chicken owners.
