At the end of August 2014, we spotted a very small, very thin juvenile red fox rolling around in the street in front of our house.  By the looks of it, we knew it was very sick.  It barely had any hair, it's eyes were almost sealed shut, and it was so skinny.  We contacted our local nature center, the Howell Nature Center, who told us they suspected the fox had mange.  They let us know mange is treatable and they asked us to live trap it and bring it in for treatment.

Here is our original post on the little fox that explains more about the rescue.  And here is the video of our little fox's survival story.  Our hope is that her story helps save other injured animals out there that do have hope if given the chance......enjoy :)

Then God blessed them and said, “Be fruitful and multiply. Fill the earth and govern it. Reign over the fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, and all the animals that scurry along the ground.”  Genesis 1:28
